About Us

As Richmond's first Toastmasters club, Rich-Del has nearly 30 years of success under its belt. Success not only of the club, but of its members, of the Toastmasters clubs it helped start in Richmond, and of the thousands of Toastmasters International clubs that share its success around the world.

Toastmasters is dedicated to helping people improve public speaking, listening and leadership skills. At Toastmasters you learn to speak, to listen, to lead, and to be led. At each meeting, every club member has the opportunity to practice public speaking through short prepared speeches, impromptu speaking opportunities, and in the role of host.

Rich-Del currently has more than 20 members from diverse backgrounds and ages, experienced speakers and speakers new to public speaking. Guests are always welcome and encouraged to join us!

Rich Del Toastmasters, chartered on December 1, 1974, and conducts our meetings every Thursday 7:15 - 9:15 PM, at (New Location) Richmond Brighouse Public Cultural Center (next to the entrance of the Brighouse main library), in the Atrium room, 100-7700 Minoru Gate, Richmond, BC.
