Rich-Del Toastmasters Agenda and Roles

We always rotate our roles in every meeting, so that every member gets the benefit to practice various communication and leadership skills. The following is Rich-Del Toastmasters order of the day. 7:15 Sergeant-at-Arms Calls meeting to order, introduces Chairman
  Chairperson Welcomes participants, calls for Invocator, introduces guests, calls on Grammarian / Ah - Counter, calls on Jokemaster, conducts business session, introduces Table Topic Master
  Invocator Gives opening message
  Grammarian / Ah - Counter Explain the role, gives 'the word of the day'
  Joke Master Gives a joke
7:30 Toast Master Gives prepared Toast, conducts speaking session
  Speaker Gives a speech based on Toastmaster manuals
7:55 Speaker Evaluator Evaluate speaker
8:05 Recess  
8:15 Table Topics Master Conducts impromptu speaking session
  Table Topic Speaker 1-2 minutes speech on the question provided by table topic master
8:45 Table Topics Evaluator Evaluate table topic speakers
8:55 Reports  
  Hark Master Conducts a quiz to the members to check whether they were harking
  Timer report Gives timer report
  Grammarian / Ah - Counter report Gives Grammarian / Ah - Counter report
9:05 General Evaluator Evaluates those NOT already evaluated, evaluates entire meeting, award ribbons
